About Us

The Collinsville Farmers Market, located in Collinsville, CT, is your one-stop shop for fresh produce, local products, and lots of fun. At the market, you can put a face to the farmer who grows your weekly groceries; listen to area musicians play original live music; and support the Canton community by visiting nearby restaurants and businesses.

The Collinsville Farmers Market is the only farmers market serving Hartford County and the Litchfield Hills on Sundays. It operates from 10 AM to 1 PM during the months of June through October, and is located on Main Street in the Canton Town Hall parking lot.

The Collinsville Farmers Market is a home-grown volunteer production of Canton Advocates for Responsible Expansion (C.A.R.E., Inc.)  C.A.R.E. manages, staffs and funds the Market as a way to support area farms and create an enjoyable, healthy community event.

C.A.R.E. is a town-wide grass roots organization promoting intelligent economic development in Canton. C.A.R.E. favors development that increases the town’s tax base and provides beneficial services, without destroying Canton’s traditional New England flavor.
